Trimming left and right

I am using an Xbox controller. Calibrated it in qgroundcontrol.

When I push forward on the stick, my robot turns left slightly. It goes forward, but left a bit.

When I push forward and yaw left On the same stick just a tiny bit, it tracks straight.

Ideas ? Is there a trim right feature somewhere ?
