Hi! I just bought the Ping2. I’m having problems connecting it to PingViewer. I followed the FAQ for connection problems but nothing happens even if I manually configure the connection. I’m using an Arduino UNO R3. Arduino recognizes the USB port (COM 10) but nothing from PingViewer. If anyone has any idea what’s going on, I’d love to hear from you 
Have you got a the uart to usb A connector for the ping?

As @cmhopper88 enquires, do you have a serial to USB adapter like the BluART?
It is possible to use an Arduino if you don’t, but you will need to follow this guide.
