Connection problem with local blueOS and Qground control

Hi, I’m new, my BlueROV2 no longer connects to Qground control and I can’t access the 192.168.2.2 page, even though I configured it correctly according to the documentation Docs
I would be very happy to receive any help from you.
THANK YOU.

Hi @kafson -
Welcome to the forums!
Do you have two green lights on your FXTI box? The Link light should stay lit if the connection is present. If not, that could be why your vehicle isn’t reachable from the browser!

Checking the tether for continuity as discussed in thread would be the first step if this light is not staying on.

Thanks Tony, yes my FXTI box has two lights and both lights stay on.

Hi @kafson -
Do the same two lights stay lit on the Fathom-X inside the ROV? It is on the port side at the front.
If so, then your network configuration may still be to blame, assuming the Pi has booted up successfully…

Do you know if you are running BlueOS, or is this an older system running Companion OS with a Pixhawk?

Sometimes Windows has configuration issues with the newer network configuration menus, vs. the old control panel based interface. Make sure to clear any configurations in the newer interface, and setup the correct USB to ethernet interface with the static IP of 192.168.2.1 and 255.255.255.0 for subnet mask.

Hello @Tony White
Yes, both LEDs on the internal Fathom-X are lit. I can’t see the Pi because my electronics case is aluminum. The ping from 192.168.2.2 gives me this:
