Connection issue when Diving the Blue ROV

The Type of issue that I have encountered after setting up the ROV & being but in Water & left floating on the cockpit software the message appears by saying ( vehicle Connected ) as soon as I start Diving the ROV Looses control & message that appears ( Vehicle Disconnected ) as soon as after the ROV goes on Float position in water again the massage appears ( Vehicle Connected ) it is continuously with this issue even if I use other Tether.

Hi @CAttard86, welcome to the forum

There are some different possible causes for an issue like this. Does it also happen if you arm and gently command the vehicle to move while it’s operating in air? If that also fails then there’s likely some kind of powering or electrical noise issue. If it works ok in air then there may be a problem with one of the thrusters not being electrically insulated properly.

Hi @CAttard86

I’d suspect you’re reaching the vehicle via its IP address on WiFi, and not specified 192.168.2.2 in Cockpit?

first Thank you for your messages ,Yesterday I have managed to install and update the Cockpit Application in the Navigator & seems that the problem has been solved & now the ROV is communicating with the laptop & when I dive the ROV is working No communication lost , Is it possible that updating both the Navigator & the laptop application could have resolved this issue as seems to be a communication firmware issue ? Thank You.
