It’s from before my time at BR, and I don’t know whether it would still be being manufactured, but I’ve managed to find some details on it. For attempting to buy one, you might be able to find some hits for a search like “Sony Super HAD 810 CCD with Sony Effio-A 4151 System IC 700TVL”.
I’ve added the main details to the technical reference, for anyone who happens to have one and wants to know the specs.
It’s worth noting that it requires a 12V power supply, and the analog signal may make it challenging to integrate into an ROV without an old Fathom S pair and an analog monitor with a matching format.
