Adjusting PWM signal to ESC's

Good afternoon all;

I am working with a speed controller that is expecting a 1000-2000us signal, with 1500 as off; I know that the ArduSub software sends a signal from 1100-1900. I want to make sure I get full speed to my thrusters, is there a way to adjust the PWM signal to the ESC’s?
