About the camera of BlueOS system

I purchased a new set of Navigator Flight Controllers to assemble BlueROV.However, when I used the attached firmware, I found that there was no video screen. After I rewrote the latest BlueOS firmware, the video screen appeared, but I could not connect the video again after using it for several times. What might be the reason?The QGC versions used are 3.5.6,4.0.1,4.2.2 and 4.2.3.

Sorry to hear you’re having camera issues. A couple of questions:

  1. Are you able to see the camera listed on the Video page?
    • If not there may be some issue with the camera, in which case I’d recommend you contact support@bluerobotics.com to sort out a potential replacement / refund
  2. If so, is it set up with a stream?
    • If not then you can try resetting the BlueOS video parameters as described in the documentation, or you can configure the stream manually

Thanks for your reply and I have solved it. This is because I didn’t set up the video stream properly.
