I want to use https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/product/extreme-3d-pro-joystick to controlling my ROV
can you help me?

You can use it, but you will need to use the lever/paddle thing at the base to control one of your inputs (ascend/descend), so it is a little bit awkward actually.

The hat identifies as a ‘button’, you need an ‘axis’ for ascend/descend.

Hi @Volley, we tested this same joystick in order to test joystick input as an option to the gamepad.
It works ok, but as @jwalser points out, you have to use the lever as decent/ascend control, and since there is no “mid-point,” it’s a bit difficult to stabilize depth, which is one of the beauties of the Ardusub software.

So I would NOT recommend this particular joystick.
