UnderWater GPS: connection to GUI refused

Hello,

We recently purchased an Under Water GPS unit and are having trouble navigating to the GUI. The user manual provides IP address that "you are suppose to enter into a web browser but in our case the IP address are not valid addresses. We have been able to ping the IP address. HELP

There are switches on the UW GPS board to set fixed Ip adress or to use DHCP, check manual.
Are your browser computer in the same IP range as UWGPS?
