On your specifications- Electrical1), Motor Kv(no load) is 202 rpm/v(= 0.004950v/rpm). At rated rpm of 30,90, the value can be calculated like this, 0.004950 v/rpm * 3090 rpm = 15.297 v.
Is this value of 15.297 v V_rms or V_peak?

The maximum RPM for different voltages is given on the product page for the T500, in the technical details section. This is V_rms, as the testing was performed with a high-quality power supply with voltage feedback at the load.
Please note the Kv value provided is an approximation.
