working on implementing the Thruster with a seperate ESC and need to know the loaded KV-value for good performance. Is there a good estimate for this or any good setups to measure this value accurately?

As far as I understand, the Kv value of a motor does not change under load. You can use the value listed in the Technical Specifications! What does change is the real-world speed per volt, due to load and resistance… best to simply test your application to determine!
