Set the power of the motors

I work in the ports and recover the moorings, chains lost at the bottom … I have a BR2heavy, with the gripper BR.
To catch at the bottom I have to tilt the ROV and even at 25% power I lift too much sediment to be able to maneuver.
Can I set the power to +/- 10% for the maneuver and increase to ascend ?
Mount the gripper tilt to keep the ROV flat with the camera at the lowest ?
Have you already tested ?
