Rspberry USB video freeze

I bought the
Advanced ROV Electronics Package with the USB camera . and it work perfect except the Video in Qgroundcontroll .
Video image freezes about every 10 seconds .
is this a problem with the camera itself, or is it the communication between raspberry and pc?.
I have the same problem when i connect the Rasperrye pi direct to the PC with Network cable
