PING 1D ISNT DETECTING TO PING VIEWER

My Ping1D was working normally and showing readings in Ping Viewer. I started a firmware update, but during the process the RX/TX connection became loose and the update was interrupted. Since then, the Ping1D is no longer connecting to Ping Viewer.

What I’ve Tried So Far:

  • Verified wiring and power supply.

  • Checked the COM port in Device Manager (port is still detected).

  • Tried reconnecting with Ping Viewer (no detection).

  • Attempted to put the device in bootloader mode by holding the BOOT button while powering on.

  • Still not recognized in Ping Viewer for recovery/update.

Request:
Looking for guidance on how to recover/reflash the Ping1D after an interrupted firmware update.

Unfortunately interrupting a firmware update may leave the controlling microcontroller in a “fugue” state- unable to function, or accept updates! Reach out via the help center with your order number to discuss potential resolution.
