No video in QGC; "Waiting for connection" at top

We are having an issue establishing a video connection with our BlueROV2. One day our video was fine and the next we couldn’t get any connection. There is a message at the top of QGC saying “waiting for connection”. We tried replacing the cable connecting our Fathom Interface box with our computer, we’ve also replaced the board inside the Fathom Interface box. Any help would be appreciated.

Had a client with the same issue using the fxti because inside is a USB to network adaptor and windows can detect it and install wrong settings…
