MAVROS comptability with ardusub

hello I wanted to know if mavros is compatible with ardusub because from what I checked it only supports APM and PX4

Yes MAVROS should work, as you can see in the official documentation it says that suporte ArduPilot (ArduSub is part of ArduPilot):
