Hi @VisionSubsea -
It’s tough to see what you configured wrong since you’ve disabled all axis function!
It should look something like this - but move the right joystick up and down, and verify it corresponds to the Z axis - some joysticks switch around what # axis this is…
X and Y are for forward / side to side motion. R is for yaw, and Z for vertical dive / ascend. Note the Z axis goes from 1000 to 0.
The conflict message is nothing to be concerned about - the latest version of Cockpit fixes a bug where this notification was coming up more than it should. In general, it’s supposed to indicate that you’ve got different settings configured for Cockpit on your local machine, vs. the settings last stored in Cockpit on the vehicle. Using the values from BlueOS abandons your local changes for whatever was last configured on the vehicle.
As for your camera tilt - annoyingly firmware 4.5+ has features for the gimbal that BlueOS 1.3.1 does not expose, except for the Autopilot Parameters (which you would have no way of knowing what values to adjust.) Updating to the latest 1.4 beta and going to the Vehicle Setup Page > Configuration > Camera Gimbal should let you adjust things to get the JS buttons having the expected result.
