I have moved your post to its own thread, because it is on a new topic. Please do not make unrelated posts in old threads - it needlessly disturbs the original thread members, and is confusing for anyone trying to follow those threads.
This is a very vague problem description - we have no idea what software you’re running, how you’ve tried to connect the camera to the computer, how you’re trying to view the video stream, or the ways it’s not working (e.g. is it failing to detect the camera? is it connected but not streaming? is the stream black or glitchy? etc).
I’m unsure whether this community will be familiar with your setup, so it’s possible we may not be able to help you (and you could get more meaningful responses by posting in a dedicated forum for Jetson boards, rather than one about marine robotics), but nobody will be able to help you if you don’t describe at least your current setup, what you are trying to make happen, and the way(s) it is behaving that are not matching your expectations.
This is a common error, I’ve heard about it many times, and last year I faced it as well. To solve this I used Nvidia Developer Forums, you need to do some configuration and change some parameters. Good luck
