Extended side panel upgrade

Found this kit from seaview allows 4" under the primary 4" and allows two 3" tubes beside it. Making it possible to do dual batteries. I was excited because it gave me back the space on the payload skid.

@gcelec is this something you guys offer by default, or just as a custom order type of thing? I couldn’t find a page for it on the SeaView website, and it seems @GavXYZ is interested in some more info
