Extended MAVLink MANUAL_CONTROL message

Hi, just looking at the latest beta for Cockpit and noticed this under the joystick setup:

Currently running BlueOS 1.2.0 beta 7 and Ardusub 4.1.1 beta 7. I looked for Ardusub 4.1.2 but notice that it has version jumped to 4.5 - is there a recommended version to use at this time to enable the support for additional buttons and axes on the joysticks?

Hi @mattcmgb ,

There was a mistake on my part with the build server, I’m sorry about that!

I fixed it and 4.1.2 should be available tomorrow (Ardupilot’s build servers are a bit slow).
