Error No IO Thread Heartbeat

I have a problem .
when connected Bluerov2 QGC displays an error "No IO Thread Heartbeat

what’s the problem ?

Hi, this usually indicates a corrupt filesystem on the SD card. Please reformat the SD card in your Pixhawk.
