That behavior is not propeller rotation related. I have not experienced such behavior myself. I am sure if Jacob or Kevin saw this video then they would know exactly what to do. And I am quite interested in the answer.
I’m wondering is the Pixhawk might have come loose from the frame. I’ll check that next week, just to make sure it is in place.
Thanks for posting the video, it looks like all the thruster directions are correct. When they are incorrect, the entire ROV rolls over pretty quickly as the verticals are pushing water in different directions. This issue is something different though, it is more of a twitch than a full roll over.
Here are the steps for re-loading the Default Parameters.
