Hi, I am working with the Cube Blue and trying to have it connect via mav proxy to the intel nuc but I cant tell for certain which port to use. Can anyone help?

The Cube Blue is not one of the flight controller boards ArduSub is known to work on, so there may be issues trying to do so. It’s also not clear from your post whether you’re asking about which physical port on the flight controller or “intel nuc” to use, or which port name to connect the mavproxy software to.
If you’re not using ArduSub then you likely want to ask on the more general ArduPilot forums.
