Connection to blue ROV

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased the blue ROV. I have assembled and connected same, but there seems to be an error with my network connection. I have disabled firewalls and set up to but no luck yet. Please I’d be grateful if someone here could use teamviewer with me and verify.
Will be really grateful for a quick response


Hi @Chazzy, Please verify that you have done the software setup instructions completely and exactly. 99% of setup issues are due to missing or incorrectly performing a step here. If you continue to have trouble, contact with your teamviewer credentials.
