Buoyancy design

Hi all,
Does anyone have a design for a single buoyancy block for BR2/BR2 Heavy units? I’d like to purchase some of the foam sheets offered by BR and machine/seal a buoyancy block to replace the individual blocks/fairings on the stock units.
