Attaching a carabiner to a rope

We tried attaching a Kong panic stick carabiner to a rope, it seems to work pretty well !

The design of this automatic carabiner is quite simple and clever, it locks when pulling on it.

Thanks ! No precise plan yet, but on the same day we used both to hold stones as a ballast to dive quicker and without using power (hopefully I’ll try diving to 300m soon…)
