Video lost on qgroundcontrol while recording

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with the Qgroundcontrol on Windows 10. Everytime i press the red button to start recording any video I get video lost (waiting for video message) and then it comes back after 3 seconds…

any reasons for this?

Ive downloaded the last version of Qgroundcontrol 1 week ago since then I´ve been having few problems like sometimes video lost or the one I posted here.

any reasons or recommendations?

There are different places to download QGroundControl. Blue Robotics has it’s own place.

I need to know what version you are using before I can provide a recommendation. It is the text in the application window title bar.

The Qgroundcontrol version I´m using is Qgroundcontrol V3.2.4-BlueRobotics-Rev4

Hi Luis, can you please tell me what operating system you are using?

Please also go to Application Settings->Console->Set Logging, and choose the VideoManager and VideoReceiver logs. Then you can click ‘save to file’ at the bottom of the page after the errors have been logged, and put the log here.

Where in my PC is the video recorded from the ROV 2?

I found the videos under C:\Users\Documents\QGroundControl\Video
