Video feed but no connection to ROV

Hi there

We are experiencing some issues using our Blue ROV 2. It has been used plenty of times, and we have never seen this issue before.

We connect the battery, and the pixhawk sings it’s song. But after that, we get 1 beep from the thrusters every 5 seconds or so, this continues for a couple of minutes while the main pixhawk LED is blinking white. After a few minutes, the beeping stops, and the pixhawks main LED blinks blue (no gps lock?).

We have a video feed from the ROV in Qgroundcontrol, but no arm button.

The PC is running windows 8

Qgroundcontrol is version 3.2.4-BlueRobotics-Rev3
