You can open the terminal with our online tool: http://192.168.2.2:8088/
or with the login pi and password companion

I enter the password and I get this message:
“Permission denied, please try again”

Hi Lucas,

Can you explain exactly what are you doing and how ? Can you provide a screenshot with the error message and the software that you are using to connect with it ?

Are you able to access the terminal with the link in my last post ?
