Upload Pixhawk firmware with companion

Hi,
i am still Having This issue.
Is there any way to Upload the .apj hex hile from Raspberry pi to Pixhawk. Why i am asking this because , Each time i need to open Elctronics Unit for Uploading newly generated hex file to Pixhawk.

You can upload the firmware with the system web interface.
