i want to move from one waypoint to another but there are many errors as unable to switch to guided mode or auto and need alt estimate and other errors i guess its problem in parameter can you help me?

It sounds like it is both a problem in your configuration of the connected GPS, and more seriously, the support of the autopilot hardware you’ve chosen to use. It may require using another autopilot, like a Pixhawk 1, or using a Raspberry Pi 4 + Navigator!
Again, GPS navigation with an ROV is only possible at the surface, with the antenna not blocked by water…
