Unable to get Ping 360 sonar to work through the powered tether


I’ve wired up the Ping 360 Sonar and it worked fine when going directly into the laptop but when trying to do it through the sub the Ping viewer cannot find it. I’ve double checked that they all have the latest software and I’ve tried different “power/ground ports” and USB ports but nothing has been successful. Any advice/ideas would be appreciated.

FYI: We are using the surface supplied power system and it has the standard setup as per your “BllueROV2 Assembly Guide” with a Newton Gripper.

Make sure that you are running the last version available of companion, no configuration in companion like routing is necessary, everything is automatically done in companion for ping-viewer.
