Unable to access BlueOS on BlueBoat

Hi,

I am having trouble connecting to BlueBoat’s BlueOS.When I connect to the base station from a PC to check, 192.168.2.2 does not appear, and 192.168.2.4 is displayed.Current Status & LED Indicators:

and 192.168.2.4 connect RouterOS login page

NavLight: Blinking at approximately 2-second intervals.
Raspberry Pi ACT LED: Blinking (indicating activity).
Navigator Board Status LED: Blinking Blue.

Suspected Causes:
I suspect there might be physical damage to the LAN connectors/circuitry,
or perhaps the configuration settings of the Raspberry Pi or Router have been altered.

Questions:
What specific hardware or software checkpoints should I investigate to resolve this IP conflict/connectivity issue?
Where can I download the official BlueOS software image to re-flash the Raspberry Pi if necessary?

Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @jingu -
You can find the image to download with instructions in the documentation, here.

Since the NavLight is flashing, we know the Pi is working and ArduRover is running ok. Since you can see (and reach?) 192.168.2.4, the Mikrotik WiFi radio in the boat is powered and correctly paired to the BaseStation. The problem seems to therefore be between the Pi and the Mikrotik Radio - verifying you have network activity LED activity on the Pi in the boat is a good step. I’d assume that 192.168.2.2 does not respond to pings?
If you were running an older beta version of BlueOS, the system may have forgotten its IP on the ethernet interface. If you have previously connected BlueOS to a WiFi network, you can power up in range of that network and find the IP address the Pi receives on the network (usually in the WiFI router’s settings or via a IP scanning tool. blueos.local may work as well) Navigating to this IP will bring up BlueOS, and let you check if the IP address on the ethernet interface is properly configured.
If you can’t reach BlueOS, re-flashing the SD card is your best bet.

Hi Tony.

Thank you for your help.

I resolved the connection issue by reinstalling BlueOS. However, I am now experiencing a problem where the NavLight stays on continuously.

Observations:

The light itself does not appear to be broken and operates normally, but it does not turn off.

If I turn off the system power through the BlueOS software, the light turns off normally.

I have looked through the settings menu but could not find any specific menu or setting that controls the light’s operation.

I would appreciate it if you could help me locate that setting.

Hi @jingu -
The issue is not a setting, but a missing lua script! Simply run the vehicle setup wizard (can reach via settings gear in lower left of BllueOS), and make sure to install the scripts for ArduRover as shown:
