Hello.I am Kana. The thrusters(T100) that used to move now no longer work.Wiring has not changed.
・ T100s×6 are connected to the Blue Robotics official battery
・ One of them dose not work. When the battery is connected, it dose not sound.
・ Only the thruster that does not move, ESC is very hot.
Please tell me the cause.

Your fist steps should be to go through the thruster troubleshooting process, and to narrow down the issue to the thruster or ESC. Does the issue follow a specific thruster or specific ESC when you swaps ESCs between thrusters?

After replacing the ESC, the thruster worked.
So it seems that there is a problem with ESC.
We think that there is no problem with the power line because the ESC gets hot.
Is it an ESC failure?
Do I have to buy a new one?

It does sound like to problem is isolated to the ESC and it may have been defective, sorry about that! How long was the ESC working fine previously? Please email our support team at support@bluerobotics.com with your order number and reference to this thread.
