I bought some motors from your website and 2 of my t100 thrusters wont work!
The first motor issue is that i connect one of them to 12 volt and it doest even work it refuses to open.
The second motor issue is that i have a short circuit between its PWM and the ground .
PLZ REPLY AND TELL ME HOW TO FIX THESE ISSUES.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your T100s! First, I would like to verify- are you using an ESC with your thrusters? An ESC is required for operation, they will not work and may be damaged if the leads are directly connected to power in any combination.
If you are using an ESC, could you clarify what model you are using? Is it our Basic ESC? A picture of your setup will be very helpful for troubleshooting.
