It’s not clear what exactly you’re having trouble with. Have you followed all the steps in our software setup guide? If you’re partway through and stuck on one of the steps, which step is it?
actually. all the system operate well, but for the camera. is not detected. it say in the software video/camera is not support. and at the navigation it say waiting for video.
The camera can move up and down, but video not appear
may u help ask, stream with us. using gooogle meet or any video stream software?
Are you using a normal BlueROV2 setup? If so, I’d suggest you look through our video troubleshooting guide). If you’re still having trouble after you’ve tried those steps, or if some of the steps aren’t clear what you need to do then feel free to post follow-up questions
We have followed all the step in the software guide, we have tested the first dive, all operation well except for the software cannot detect camera, which is, we cannot view anything, any chance to meet/discuss with you? on google meet? we are on the urgent cases, to do inspection.
actually, we are new on using this underwater drone.

The first set of things in a call would just be going through the video troubleshooting steps, so I’d recommend trying them first (there’s a reason we wrote them down to start with). If this is urgent I’m happy to jump on a call within the next couple of hours, once you’ve looked through those steps and tried them

Sorry for the late reply, actually our time zone is different, I’m from Malaysia… Actually, I have done the underwater drone setup. Here I attach MS Word and PDF Document for your reference to check whether I’m on the correct track etc… Basically, from my perspective all is working well, except for the camera system, which is, the camera set up has been done by your department/office… looking forward to getting your feedback as soon as possible for every item I listed down in the document attached… The reason why I attached the format of the documents (1st MS word and 2nd Pdf format) , is just for support, if we are using different versions of the document reader.
