New Bluerov2, No video feed

No video displayed in QGroundControll. New owner of the blue rov2. Completed and rechecked the set up tutorial serval times. Correct IP and firewall settings. Getting telemetry. All other systems work besides Video and Depth. No video devises found in the companion computer video tab. Have updated versions of companion computer and QGroundControll and rolled them back.

pugged the ROV usb camera into laptop. The lap top identified and loaded it, but the devise would not produce video in the windows camara app or discord.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with your camera stream.

This seems likely to be an issue with the camera or its cable. I’d recommend you check whether the pins are fully seated in the connector at the camera.

From there if the camera continues not to work, please contact support@bluerobotics.com to let them know what’s going on, and sort out a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please include a link to this thread, and your order number (/ order date estimate).
