We cannot connect to the web user interface.
We cannot find our camera
it says on widows connect diagnostics your computer appears to be correctly configured but the device or resource (blue OS) is not responding. It also says that it is disconnected on blueOS/local

Are you following our Software Setup Guide? Make sure the vehicle is turned on, and that you’ve completed the required network configuration for your computer.
The web interface should be accessible at http://blueos.local (dot, not slash). If you’ve got a wired connection and you’ve set up your static IP address correctly it should also be accessible via http://192.168.2.2
