Pixelated BlueROV processed recordings

Hi all, I am currently at a test facility running a big ROV and using a BlueROV (Navigator) to record footage of the tests. Whilst the camera image seen on the monitor of the computer controlling the BlueROV is clear, the recordings when played back are pixelated and unusable. Any ideas for an easy fix?

Hard to respond to this without knowing what software you’re using to make said recordings.

  1. Are you running QGroundControl? Cockpit? Something else?
  2. Which version are you using?
  3. Was there a previous version without the issue?
  4. If you’re not on the latest stable/recommended version, have you tried updating to it?

Then in terms of desired resolution, do you primarily care about repairing the existing footage (if possible), or just making sure future recordings are smooth / well-matched to what you see during operation?
