Ping sonar interfacing problem

Hi everyone,
Ping sonar not working when it is connected as UDP, but working fine when it connected directly through USB port

Just to make sure, are you talking about Ping360 right ?
Make sure to follow the instructions here: https://bluerobotics.com/learn/changing-communications-interface-on-the-ping360/

To test, make sure to connect Ping360 in a router and make sure that your computer is connected in the same network via wifi or ethernet.

No patrick , i am talking about ping 1D, not ping 360.

First, are you running the last version of companion ? Make sure to update your companion computer to the last version available.

Did you reboot ?
Is there a pingproxy service running ? You can check that in service page.
