In the spirit of maintaining Blue Robotics’ components accessible to everyone, we have the nonlocking three and 4-inch flanges available for those that don’t need the locking mechanism and greater depth rating the locking enclosures offer.

Blue Robotics flanges and endcaps can be utilized with acrylic tubes sourced from ePlastics. They offer custom tube lengths. However, their tubes are sized by the outside diameter. We recommend checking them to ensure good o-ring compression. A tube compressing the o-rings correctly will have an even contact patch about 2mm wide all around. Please note! Blue Robotics cannot guarantee the fit of our flanges and tubes sourced by third-party manufacturers!”
