Greetings everyone… My ROV is disconnected, what steps should I take to make my ROV active again? I’ve tried reinstalling it but it’s still the same, and I’ve tried changing the laptop. My ROV has never been used until it was delivered and I was about to use it, but the ROV didn’t work

If you haven’t already, I recommend following our BlueROV2 Software Setup Guide, which should walk you through the relevant setup and configuration to get things connected. If a part of that process doesn’t go as expected then please describe the behaviour you’re observing and what you expected to see, as well as what you’ve tried up to that point.
