Okay so I have a couple of questions regarding Blue OS
I have successfully connected to the companion computer and pixhawk
but I need to change both the IP addresses to be different. Where might I change the default IP addresses for both the PC and the Companion Computer?

There are relevant steps for configuring the BlueOS IP address discussed here.
The IP address assigned to your topside computer for communicating with BlueOS is configured according to the relevant steps for your computer’s operating system, as described in the Topside Setup section of our BlueROV2 software setup guide
