It’s connected to the topside using ethernet connector, the rest is correct.

I connect directly to the LX200V20 board.

I made a spool with this inside, and connector on the outside. Then on the Ubiquity there is a pass through so I can have both wireless and wired at the same time.

Awesome, i’ll try to do the same as it seems to be the best combo with BlueROV2 and CrystalSky for field missions in a sunny and salty environment.

Last question: how do you power the topside and Ubiquity when away from a laptop or wall socket ?

Also, do you mind sharing a few photos of your modified topside and set up ? Thanks !

I have a 3s battery inside the spool, also using a DC/DC converter to power the AC Pro.

I connect the battery balance wires to a connector outside of the spool so it’s easy to charge.

This setup works for several hours in the field.

I will see if I can find some pictures of the setup.

Hi Jan, did you find a photo of your setup? I’m looking into buying an AC Pro but it seems i also need a Unifi Cloud Gateway between the LX200V20 board and the AC Pro access point. I would really like to see what your setup looks like. Thanks !

Sorry about this but I don’t have any photos of the setup.

You don’t need anything other than the voltage injector for the Ubiquity.
