I have a rpi 3B+ and want to manual build environment. I have try to use setup.sh, but it fails. Is the software incompatible with rpi 3B+? If not, how can I solve it?

Unfortunately it is not compatible with Raspberry 3B+ yet.
The setup script was written for Raspbian Jessie. Some things got better (gstreamer 1.10 in Stretch), but the nodejs libraries need to be updated to work correctly, which is very time-consuming.
Support for Pi 3B+ is on our to-do list though.
