How to flash BlueOS software properly

Hello,
On an R3 BlueROV2 I need to flash the raspberry pi by inserting the SD card into it. Is there a way to flash it without taking apart the electronic enclosure to access the PI? Can I flash it through Qgroundcontrol or is that only for pixhawk, and ardusub firmware etc?

You will need to open the rov to remove the SD card to flash it. This has always been true, even with older pixhawk rovs- flashing the ardusub vehicle firmware is not the same thing as flashing the Raspberry Pi OS image…
