Purchased the fathom spool w/Fathom-X-Interface.
Using the slim tether so soldering wasn’t a big deal and I have the correct pins soldered, but I get no communication? The lights on interface show power and linked. Because there is no ethernet cable is there something in program that has to be changed? When I use the original Interface everything works?
I’ve only done it using the software setup info with the Topside Interface, so I don’t know if setup is different however you had it connected before, but maybe start here?
You need to do the ‘network setup’ bit of the setup instructions independently for each usb-ethernet adapter that you use. Verify your network settings.
