Failed Updating 'cockpit-saved-profiles'

I generally run both of my ROV’s over topside Wi-Fi, as opposed to the wired FXTi box. I appreciate that this is ‘off-piste’ so it is my own doing. I find that when using this method of connection, Cockpit keeps throwing the error “Failed updating ‘cockpit-saved-profiles-v8’ on BlueOS. Will keep trying”, yet when I plug back into FXTi box, the error goes away. I have noticed this to be common between both of my ROVs, one of which is running fibre, the other FXTi copper.

The fibre setup I have a Seaview Systems coversion kit, with a Botblox Gigablox SFP mux replacing the FXTi board and ethernet switch in the ROV, then a TP-Link SFP Wifi router topside.

On the copper setup, everthign in the ROV is standard, topside though I have taken apart a FXTi box, and run ethernet from the FXTi board to a LAN wireless router.

All IP addresses are setup in the same way as using the wired FXTi box.

Any ideas?

Curious one. The only part of the application that differentiates between wired and wireless is the video connection (that always give preference to wired ones).

Can you get us a log with that?
