I have a ping 360, which appears to communicate with ping viewer, the radar display “sweeps” and the head rotates inside the unit, but no data is displayed on the screen. Power isn’t a problem, I’ve tried 12v and 22v, Communication is happening, but no data is displayed when the head is underwater. I’ve tried both the built Windows Binary and a self built Linux version, both specifying the port on the command line, and allowing auto discovery.
Has anyone seen this? I can’t see what the problem is given I’m using stock hardware with pre-built software.
