@Rusty, How do ESC’s respond if the input signal PWM value is randomly jumping around in value at the speed of Arduino program execution?

The ESCs should attempt to achieve the given input at a rate of up to 400 Hz. These ESCs are designed for multicopters so they respond very quickly with no smoothing or filtering.
